SAUDI ENGINEERING STANDARDS
At EG CORE, we implement precision-engineered injection methodologies to secure structural integrity across the Kingdom's Giga-projects. Our techniques are localized for Saudi Arabia’s unique geotechnical challenges and climate conditions.
Surface filling is utilized for structural repairs in dry or damp components to restore mechanical load capacity. In the high-ambient temperatures of Riyadh or the Eastern Province, preparation is vital. We utilize high-grade injection packers bonded at calculated intervals to ensure full penetration across the crack profile.
The cracked surface must be sealed to manage high injection pressures. If accessibility allows, both faces are sealed to guarantee a void-free finish. On horizontal surfaces, such as industrial floor slabs in MODON cities, gravity-fed systems are often deployed to ensure a continuous flow of the structural compound into the slab core.

To address water-bearing cracks in subterranean infrastructure, channels are drilled at specific angles to intercept the void. This method is common in coastal Jeddah or Neom's underground networks. The spacing is strictly calculated based on component depth. This method allows expanding polyurethane resins to displace pressurized water, creating a permanent, high-strength seal that withstands the hydrostatic pressure found in deep Saudi foundations.

Sealing construction and expansion joints in the Kingdom requires a dual approach using drilled channels or integrated injection hoses. In large-scale Saudi infrastructure, inclined drilling at 90 degrees ensures the sealing material reaches the rear interface of the joint. Construction joints require rigid, high-strength seals, while expansion joints in bridge or viaduct works require elastic solutions.
For dynamic joints subject to thermal expansion in the Saudi desert heat, we deploy highly flexible materials that maintain a watertight seal during extreme structural movement. Detailed application protocols are followed to ensure compliance with KSA's rigorous municipal and engineering codes.

Where external excavation is impossible, curtain injection is the preferred solution. This applies to established urban Jeddah or existing Giga-project basements. By drilling through the component, we inject specialized gels that form an external barrier membrane in the soil. This curtain prevents corrosive Saudi groundwater and salinity from reaching the concrete, effectively protecting the structure's service life from the outside in.

ENGINEERING RESOURCE
In coastal KSA regions, groundwater pressure is significant. Drilled channels intercept cracks inside the core, allowing resins to displace water directly at the source. This ensures a pressurized, watertight seal that surface-only methods cannot achieve in high-pressure environments.
By injecting Acrylic Gels behind the structure, we create an elastic curtain in the surrounding soil. This acts as a secondary barrier that prevents chloride-heavy groundwater from ever contacting the concrete surface, halting reinforcement corrosion.
Yes. Our methodologies and materials are selected to meet and exceed the high-performance structural requirements set by Saudi Giga-projects like NEOM, Red Sea Global, and MODON industrial standards.
We utilize temperature-stabilized resins and catalysts specifically formulated for high-ambient heat. This ensures proper curing times and prevents the premature flash setting that often occurs with standard materials in KSA summers.
