For deep foundation projects in high-groundwater zones, water ingress during or after excavation can compromise structural stability. Foundation Injection is a specialized geotechnical solution used to stop heavy leaks in pile caps, raft foundations, and diaphragm walls. EG Core utilizes high-capacity injection systems to seal subterranean concrete elements against intense hydrostatic pressure.

When external waterproofing membranes are breached or impossible to apply, we utilize Curtain Injection. This involves injecting hydrophilic acrylic gels or expanding PU foams through the foundation wall and into the soil-structure interface. This method creates a renewed waterproof barrier on the outside of the foundation, effectively "healing" the structure without excavation.
Leaks in foundations often lead to the "washout" of soil fines, creating voids that can cause structural settlement. Our Void Filling injection techniques stabilize the substrate by filling these cavities with high-strength, non-shrink resins. This dual-action approach stops the water and restores the load-bearing integrity of the soil surrounding the foundation.
