Excavation & Foundation Injection

For deep foundation projects in high-groundwater zones, water ingress during or after excavation can compromise structural stability. Curtain Sealing & Soil Consolidation

When external waterproofing membranes are breached or impossible to apply, we utilize Curtain Injection. This involves injecting hydrophilic acrylic gels or expanding PU foams through the foundation wall and into the soil-structure interface. This method creates a renewed waterproof barrier on the outside of the foundation, effectively "healing" the structure without excavation.
